Reformer Pilates Classes

Riverside Fitness is proud to facilitate reformer pilates classes, which utilise a pilates reformer to add resistance to your pilates workout. Small group pilates classes run from Monday to Saturday (maximum 8 per class), with each class lasting 45 minutes. Class times are as below.

Monday 5:45am, 6:30am, 9am, 1:45pm
Tuesday 5:45am, 6:30am, 10am, 11:15am, 1:45pm, 5pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:15am, 12pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm
Thursday 5:45am, 6:30am, 9am, 12:30pm, 5pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm
Friday 5:45am, 6:30am
Saturday 7:30am
Sunday No classes

Before your first class we provide a free one hour orientation to explain the principles and techniques of pilates. You can book a session by contacting Michael.

Riverside Fitness offers 5 classes for $100 (or $20 per class). You don't need to join the gym to take part in reformer pilates classes!
