Weights Room

Quiet and clean, the weights room is suitable for the novice to the experienced weightlifter. We pride ourselves on a great environment for lifting weights. The weight room is equiped with free weights, a leg press, squad racks, bench presses, assisted chins/dip machine, calf raise machine, Smith machine and more.

Cardio Floor

Want to do some cardio, but without the crowd? Riverside Fitness has treadmills, crosstrainers, arc trainers, a rower (ergometer) and spin bikes. All rooms in the gym are fully air conditioned.

EMS

Riverside Fitness is proud to provide Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) training to its clients. EMS fires muscle fibres using an electric current, facilitating an intense and effective athletic training session. One 20 minute EMS training session is equal to 1-2 hours of moderate-intensity gym work.

EMS is effective in increasing several key performance areas including metabolism and strength, whilst helpful in rehabilitation where the client requires long-term pain relief through periodised training.
